Low speed granulators RG-18 is intended primarily for beside-the-press injection moulding applications. Immediate in-line recycling of sprues and rejects maintains product quality and eliminates the distribution and storage of waste and regrind.
Low Speed Beside-the-press Granulators good features:
1. Inner layer of feeding hopper and feeding mouth are made of stainless steel,reduce the material pollution.
2. Feeding hopper equipped with safety devices,to make sure the rotor stop running before openning the feeding hopper.
3. Direct transmission reducer motor with high efficiency(0.97-0.995),works with high capacity and energy-saving Lower power and lower noise, suitable for quiet and dust-free workshop.
4. Safety support plate,prevent the hands stuck when feeding hopper closed.
5. Feeding hopper flange with rubber material,prevent the leakage of powder.
6. Fast clip, feeding hopper opened and closed fastly.
7. Overload device to protect motor.
8. Equipped with blower feeding system,production rationalization by in line granulation of scrap material
9. Equipped with universal casters,conveniently placed in the right place.
10. Special designed rotating blades,no need to adjust gap after resharpening,easy to disassemble and replace blades,The blades are made of high chrome steel material, high strength, strong and durable.
11. Fixed blades with 4 cutting edge design,can be resharpened after 4 times using;reduce the number of grinding blades, long time using
life.
12. Claw blades design,V type arrangement,during crushing process,material will be crushed in claw blades center point,avoid friction and blockage between material and side wall.
13. Equipped with instant recycle device, connecting with the injection molding machine,regrind material and raw material according to a certain percentage of immediate recovery.
