1.This automatic 3-in-1 wash-filling-capping water filling machine is used to produce bottled mineral water, purified water, alcoholic beverage and other non-gas beverage.

Technical Parameters

Rinsing part

The rotating discs are all welded with stainless steel SUS304. Large flat toothed bearings, smooth and reliable operation.

Adopting our original flip bottle clamp, the bottle clamp catches the bottleneck part, avoiding the possible pollution caused by the rubber clamp block on the traditional bottle clamp to the thread part of the bottle mouth. The bottle clamp is made of 304 stainless steel, which is hygienic and durable.

The nozzle is a high-efficiency spray nozzle, which can be rinsed to any part of the inner wall of the bottle, so as to achieve the best flushing effect and save water for flushing the bottle.

Both the bottle clamp and the sliding sleeve of the lifting mechanism adopt imported corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free bearings.

Filling part

All rotating discs are made of stainless steel AISI304. The power of the filling machine is transmitted by the transmission system in the frame through the gears. The support bearing is a large flat toothed ball bearing, which runs smoothly and reliably. The bearing part is provided with multiple reliable waterproof structures such as sealing ring and waterproof ring, which can effectively prevent the water on the table surface from leaking into the bearing.

Capping part

The capping and capping technology imported from Italy is at the domestic leading level. It adopts international advanced processing and manufacturing technology. The use of constant torque capping machine is different from the previous magnetic disc capping head. Stable, more accurate screw cap twisting torque, more reliable screw cap effect, can better reduce the defective rate of capping and the loss rate.

Equipped with a capping machine bottle feed detection switch, and a lock cylinder at the connection of the capping guide rail and the dial dial interlocks to control the discharge of the bottle cap, ensuring that the cap feeding is stopped when there is no bottle, reducing the loss of the user's cap.

A set of photoelectric switches are installed on the cap-dropping rail. When there is no cap on the cap-dropping rail, it will automatically stop the machine and alarm, which can effectively avoid the appearance of bottle without cap.
